The Precinct is a co-working space in the heart of Sydney’s business district, offering meeting rooms, conference facilities, a mixed-purpose café, and lounge space. Usage scenarios in this busy building can change daily, and the designers wanted to provide great acoustics to support that adaptive use. We went to the walls, offering our Acoufelt Art Project, which prints works from emerging and established artists onto smooth acoustic felt canvases. These pieces instantly reduce noise while also elevating the environment with thoughtful and beautiful works.
